She is a lazy ass judge whom does not want to put any effort to search cases and rendering decisions. Extremely biased against Defendants. Surprise why she is still on the bench. Incompetent at best.

She was VERY BIAS AND DISCRIMINATE AGAINST MEN. I AM one of the BEST fathers in the world. Gave my daughters mom everything she needed and wanted during our time separated. For many years i provided and humbled myself towards the mom. In court The judge ruled against me. The problem wasn't that she ruled against me,. It was how. She showed from day 1 how much she despised me. From day 1, i had lost the case. The judge NEVER wanted to hear my case. She KNEW she would not grant me anything regardless of how good of a father or EX i have been. It was very troublesome to know the type of sitting Judges on active duty. My child is hurt. She wanted to live with me. She wants to live with me. What judge or process can i take that won't involved a decision from a bias judge?

P.S. The judge ruin my life. the life of my kids, my current wife. If she only took the time to really know me. OUR SYSTEM IS A FAILURE.

I have Diane Kissel now. She is so bias it's unbelievable. I had court today, and since my sons mother made up a story when I have him on my visits. The so called judge believes it. How? This person not only didn't give my lawyer a chance to speak. She gave me another court date 2 months from now. Now I can't even see my son for the holidays. Not only me she did wrong, but the furthers before me today got the same treatment... She is a disgrace to the courts. Period. How can I change her??

I recently filed a grievance against Hon. Diane R. Kiesel with the Commission For Judicial Conduct, in response to her unacceptable court antics & her outrageous conduct. If I am the only one who takes action, don't expect any changes. Take action, NOW!!!!

Diane R. Kiesel, in my opinion, is very DANGEROUS to children. She HABITUALLY places children in harm's way, by doing whatever is easiest for HER & requires minimum effort on her, regardless of the harm her actions cause helpless, innocent children.

Judge Diane Kiesel is a bias against men!
Any case involving a father that ends up in her hands will be a very long process and she WILL favor the mother! No matter how many different statements the mother says on the stand, no matter how many times she contradicts her self. It's one court date after another, dismissed because my lawyer and I are stuck in traffic running late judge Kiesel wants to dismiss the case! After my Lawyer called to let her know....then again the mother is always late and they ALWAYS give her time to arrive...I thought I was the one coming out of state. Something has to be done about this judge! We all have to come together and bring judge kiesel down, she is ruining father's lives when we only want to be there for our kids.

I have NEVER in my life seen such a heart less JUDGE as DIANE KIESEL and her LAW GUARDIAN ERIN BURKAVAGE!!! It is a shame that this judge really is able to make the decisions that she does against men and children. Her superiors should be informed and I am doing my investigations on how to tell people about how she is will be contacting the DEPUTY EUGENE OLIVER JR. and HONORABLE E. TORRES I beg of the people that are going to read this contact these names that I am putting and lets put a stop to what she is allowing in her court room. She is BIAS and NOT FAIR when having evidence rules against fathers but FORGETTING SHE IS THE ONE WHO FIRST PUT AN ORDER AND WANTS TO CONTRADICT HERSELF!!!! My god what a disappointment on the HORRORS that I have read about her... GOD DONT LIKE UGLY and maybe your SUPERIORS will find out because there is ALWAYS some one higher than you in a position....

In my opinion Hon Judge Diane Kiesel is BIAS against ALL fathers. Will not take any evidence into consideration that comes from a father and especially when a mother is doing things she is not suppose to. Fathers also have rights and I believe that they should look into her court room because she is only hurting families with children and really believes that she can take it upon herself to make decisions against fathers when they have done nothing wrong, but believe all lies that a mother will go into a court room saying. Law guardian are suppose to be their for the children how is this true?

She is truly bias towards men as is the law guardian Erin burkavage who is the children's attorney as I wrote them both a letter stating of anything happens to my children I am suing them and this corrupt court system as I have documented cases of abuse towards the children from their mother Yexenia pubill and it's disgraceful on how bias the court system is for mothers and how the system treats the fathers.

She does not make decisions based on evidence, and causes the separation of children and parents. She makes a joke of the court system, and when you sit there and see how lawyers fool her, it insults your intelligence.

I have no confidence in her judgment capacity; she is always referring to a legal book or to her clerks to provide the needed info at hand, and is unable to make a decision on the day of the final verdict. She delays proceedings and emails the decision one to two weeks later, or needs more time to make a decision -- and by more time, I mean months.

In God she does not trust. I don't know how she sleeps at night. I'm a good person and a law abiding citizen. These things should not happen to someone like me. This is very unfair.
