Since he is retiring shortly, Judge Lehner seemed to punt every case that was before him; he refused to listen to the attorneys' arguments; he was hostile to all sides; and refused to be educated in an area of law that he was not familiar with. He did a disservice to both plaintiff and defendant.

It was a pleasure trying a medical malpractice case in Justice Lehner's courtroom. He's a true professional and treated the attorneys as such.

Judge Lehner is a very intelligent judge who obviously is familiar with the cases before him and approaches pre-trial matters with a fair degree of pragmatism.
