This woman allowed a referee to issue a false order that modified a QDRO and retroactively increase child support to a private child support agreement in NY State, there is no record of public assistance, so there is no jurisdiction, but lets not let the law get int hte way. I am suing this recently retired judge for civil rights deprivation under 42 USC 1983, 1985, 1986, and I will

Judge Lubow is very diligent, tentative, astute and well-versed on family law. She is by the book. The justice system is very lucky to have her on the bench.

Although she may seem tough on lawyers, she has a discerning eye, wants to do the right thing, and sees through garbage. Many judges could learn from her. She also ends up improving the lawyers. In short, Mayor Giuliani got it dead right with this one.

It was recommended that Judge Fran Lubow not be reappointed, based on her temperament. It is a tragedy to all families and children, and a total injustice, that she presides as a judge.
