Hon. Dalya Youssef (Somerset) Completely rail roaded me, didn’t listen to law or statutes, issued orders based on hear say with no hard factual evidence and bad faith and told me I wasn’t credible. I had her in a trial and she completely disregarded law against absolute immunity and entered an FRO against me (interesting bc judges have absolute immunity). Hon. Angela W Dalton (Monmouth) I truly found Judge Dalton to be empathetic, fair, and a persuasive mediator. I felt she took the time to really try and understand our case in order to help. Hon. Edward W. Hoffman (Burlington) This judge is the worst. He denied my request for an emergency hearing when my exwife displayed serious mental health issues and was threatening to go to a crisis center. Denied me since i didnt serve her and show evidence. how can you show evidence if you are not even given a chance to appear? absoulutley a disgrace of our legal system. She told my child in college that she was treating her father like a wallet when he was the one that walked away and she never asked him for a dime. It took a lot of love for me to get my daughter to not carry the scar from ever meeting that woman and to still have respect for the court system it's been a tough road but we will not ever be broken. Dalya Youssef (Somerset) The Judge showed lack of restraint, lack of candor, communicated ex parte with the adversary attorney, issued rulings that were confusing, and jeopardized the restraining order hearing.
