We had a problem with a dead beat tenant in T or C, NM. This judge didn't even review any of the data that we submitted for review. He was very condescending, paid no attention to the fact that we had given the guy 60 days notice, and gave the deadbeat another 10 days to squat in our home. Perhaps he should move in with Judge Attwood for a while and then he would get the full picture.

This Judge has kept my room mate (A brittle diabetic) in Torrance co jail (CCA Estancia NM) for what will be three months While CCA refuses to take propper care They have played with her blood sugar level till she has protein in her urine that if not fixed will result in her kidneys failing her A1C is at 11.8 when normal A1C should be a 5 or 6 this could lead to diabetic coma and or keto acidosis ether of whitch can be fatal I have called the court but was told to call her lawyer ( he never answers the phone) I am currently looking in to suing the court the state the county the DOC and CCA I am also reporting the DR at CCA for violating his Hippocratic oath to do no harm This is all over A first a offence and A probation violation that she was set up to fail as the MPD took her to another county and left her there with noway to get back and forth to do her probation now she has done 90 days plus for a simple battery...
