This judge is extremely bias against the people, particularly those who assert their rights. Without rhyme or reason he likes to throw the book at innocent and hardworking individuals simply because he can. He doesn't distinguish between those who are actually a harm to the public and those who were at the wrong place at the wrong time. He adds unnecessary sentences and fees simply because he can. He does not come off as very intelligent but because of his position of power he gets away with being unfair. Horrible judge.
