Judge Thermos is a credit to the bench. The Judge listens to both sides, exhibits a great temperment, and talks to the lawyers like human beings and treats everyone fair. Be prepared, be civil, and you won't be disappointed. The man is a gentleman.

Judge Thermos is a titan on the bench of the Housing court NY. I appear as pro se in front of Judge Thermos. He heard the case, he was sharp, smart, fair, quick-witted, had a sense of humor, and didn't appear to suffer fools and foolishness gladly. His warmth and sincere concern come through in his communication with all participants. I wish him all success in his career.

The most Brilliant Judge in Housing court New York like never before.. I can not say enough nice things about this Judge Kimon C. Thermos, he went above and beyond for the attorneys on my case and took a very active role in resolving our case and ultimately brought about a fair resolution with excellent temperament who moved the pre-trials along but respected everyone's schedules and pressures! He knows the law and treats both plaintiffs and defendants fairly. We need more like Judge Thermos in the Housing court in New York.

Judge Thermos is one of the best judges in Bronx Housing Court. He is fair, patient, reasonable, kind, and brilliant. He also has one of the best court rooms, and his court attorneys, clerk and guards are also the kindest people in the entire courthouse.
