There are no words to describe the danger that this woman puts children in. She does not recognize abuse or the importance of a child's needs, only the "rights" of the other parent. She turfs cases that are rightfully frivolous litigation abuse, and cannot understand domestic violence and how it fuels court cases. She can lighten her court cases if she would just educate herself. She needs to give up her robe and stop endangering children's lives.

A decent person who tries to do what is correct with people who do not get along very well. My lawyer says that she knows the law very good and is fair even thoug she can be hard.

I know that some people think that judge's don't do a good job if someone disagrees with their arguments but I have seen Judge Mcnulty and I think she does okay. She only does cases for parties who still can't agree on anything even years after their divorces are done. These people would never agree with what happened in their cases even when they got almost everything they ask for.

She awarded custody to my UNinvolved ex who kidnapped my son! After making very few appearances a year for visitation since the divorce, he decided to keep my son! Now 16 months later, all contact with my precious son has been severed! My ex made several bogus claims and comes from a 'connected' family! She has a reputation for ruling on the side of the contributors! I'm just a loving,humble,and modest mother, minus one child! If I were wealthy this surely would have gone differently.

Loves to prolong situations unneccessarily, a time waster. Who would want to redo and redo and go over and go over the same thing over and over and no less at the expense of the innocent children. May be bored of what she does and or needs something to do that is more stimulating in order to keep her fresh and up to snuff. It is time that McNulty passes the torch so to speak. Get real and get the cases moving for the betterment of all involved. It keeps cost down too. Why dont you convict to the fullest those who do not do what they are told to do

I want to day that Judge McNulty is by no means neutral in her decisions...she decides what her personal experience has brought her and does not look at both sides in a un byass way....she should not be appointed in pursing neutral judges decisions. She should look at both sides facts and make an unbyass opinion without any poersonal experiences involved. I found her EXTREMELY UNFAIR and she should be ashamed of her decision!!!!

This Judge is anti fathers rights and will do anything she can not to make a dufficult decision. She forces settlement by stretchig cases out until someone gives up and tells attorneys in conderence what her ruling will be. This Judge uses law guardians as her puppets

I am certainly not an attorney! You people who lose cases have no objectivity. I am entitled to my opinion as you are yours. I can honestly say that I was treated fairly and you do not feel that you were. I think that you may not be telling the complete truth about your communication with the supervisor judge. He has no authority to for e a judge to get off a case...tell the whole truth yourself!

Litigant, you must be an attorney, if not my ex-wife's attorney???.. Otherwise, how would you have known,"Judge McNulty has recuse herself a number of times", unless you are an attorney!!! The "TRUTH" are "FACTS"! (1) That Judge McNulty did take my case back after she recuse herself once before!!!( Proof, Court paper's).... (2)It's only after I receiving a letter from the "District Administrative Judge's Office of Suffolk County" from "Principal Law Clerk" Richard Ambro about my concern's in this matter . Only then,"After review of court files",this office had to recused Judge McNulty. And it was not by Judge McNulty own doing's. So, don"t tell me I'm not telling the "TRUTH" & "NEVER" say "NEVER", unless you really KNOW WHAT YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT!!! The "TRUTH" are in the COURT'S PAPER'S.Have a nice day!

Judge McNulty has recused herself a number of times. She and other judges then NEVER take these cases back. You are not telling the truth! I had her as my judge. She was fair even tho I did not get everything I wanted.

Listen to this CRAP! Hon.Marion T. Mc Nulty,I had her recuses from my case over a year ago. Because,the plaintiff's attorney hang together. So,McNulty was remove,I won my case!!!! And now I'm back in court,Pro-Se- Way with the same plaintiff's attorney along with Hon.Marion T. Mc Nulty.Do you think I'll ever see my money again? NOT!!!!!

Completely disagree with the other comment. She wastes everyone's money and time. She orders custody evaluations (which costs thousands and subjects children to distress). The psychologist (custody evaluator) was excellent, worked hard, and sent her report to McNulty. Too bad she obviously did not read one page! She's completely impulsive, irrational, and unpredictable.

The Hon. Marion T. McNulty has the ability to cut through the bull and see things for what they are. She is a no nonsense Justice who gets things done just as they should be. She carefully reads over everything and makes her decision based on facts, and most importantly the law. Wonderful Judge!
