Appeared before Sackett when he was a judge in Criminal Court Queens County. This judge is clown. Has no interest in "justice"-just wants to clear his docket. Issues warrants like there was no tommorrow, even when there is no justification for it. If you get him as a judge, move to recuse himself as being totally biased against defendants in criminal cases, and plaintiffs in civil cases.

An excellent example of New York's "NO FAIL" practice- Notice of Financial Aide to Incompetent Lawyers. So he got appointed a NYC Criminal Court, and then went to the Supreme Court in Sullivan County. He is right where he belongs-among the horse and cow shit of the local farmers.

Seems to be a judge who knows the law and requires that all court officials abide by it. Very wise and intelligent judge from what I have read in a particular case.
