I feel as though this judge listens and gets somewhat familiar with a case, but I have had him several times as the judge in a custody case. My ex-husband failed 2 drug tests in a row in family court. I have been in 12 step treatment and have had counseling at a facility for my past addictions and had letters from my counselors stating that I was doing very well, never failed any drug test (which i had randomly 1-2xweek, and he still awarded physical placement to my ex both times, giving me just visitation. Ive never been in any serious trouble, I've been clean and sober for years, my ex has never even been to an AA meeting, and he spent a year of the kids' lives in jail for crack possession, never paid child support, while i worked 3 jobs to support them. I mean, what is up with that?
