This judge is terrible! I have never met such an obnoxious judge. He is elitist, rude, and ignorant of the law. No one should work for Judge Goetz.

This judge is the absolute worse. The father of my kids took me to court and twice he never showed up virtually. They called him!! After the third time Judge still have him another chance! It doesn't matter if you have police reports, text messages, and/or any evidence to prove abuse and neglect. He's extremely biased and is pro father. If you have him request a change of judge

This judge really has something wrong with him. He says one thing then completely contradicts himself. I also believe there's some racial bias (I've heard this from two other people) and that he seems to often rule against anyone African American. Another colleague of mine who's been in his courtroom said that he's in the "good old boy's club", and is a pompous, intolerant (and again) prejudiced judge who has no business being on the bench. This was disturbing to hear and I am going to make sure my employees are never involved in another dispute & (settle any that we do encounter) so we don't have to be in his courtroom again.

Stonewall is associated with a series of spontaneous, violent demonstrations by members of the gay community.(NOT CIVIL DEMONSTRATIONS)
Paul Geotz is a member of Stonewall Democratic Club. We find it terribly ironic and absurd that a NY Judge would associate with a group with a past link to violence. It is unfortunate that we believe he treats people in court with verbal aggression. More important is his dissociation with members in/during trial. We believe his overall performance is unacceptable to families that have reared children.

Over all, my opinion is that Paul Goetz is
arrogant. His word and his action terribly contradict each other. He orders actions during trial yet the description and reason based for his decision contradicts his behavior/action during trial.His actions and demeanor appears to be an angry person with a superior elite complex. Ultimately it is my opinion that he may have a mental health issue.

This is a horrible judge. He is very pro-father, despite any and all proof against the father. He has no regard for any child safety concerns, and will not agree to anything on the mother's part, or acknowledge her concerns.
