This so-called judge needs to be removed. It is well known that Kevin Carter is bias judge and courtrooms have no room for unfair, bias judges. He consistently takes children away from loving mothers and gives them to troubled, abusive fathers. It's time for him to go!

He needs to be removed from the bench and run his family like he runs his court. He thinks because he is black he has the authority or know how on black families. He treats people like crap, demeaning, and ineffectively communicates "what is the best interest" of families. His court is run like a circus, and his decisions are very arbitrary with one mom being allowed to remain relocated when she broke his court order yet another mom forced to bring her son back from Texas after relocated with his biological father... In order that he remain in contact with someone that was a weekend dad. Mind you the biological father was in his life since birth!... We need real guidelines on what family court is going to do so we as families can be prepared when we go in this building! It should not be a CRAP SHOOT... as in a CRAPS GAME....
