This Judge has given a terrible mother her children back TWO times, only to be sent back into the system. She speaks in the lowest voice and cannot be heard. She looks like she is on happy pills and is clueless as to the type of woman this mother is. The mother has now had her kids take for the THIRD time. Let's see how the Honorable clues Valerie Pels handles this one. She is the worst.
