This judge should be unseated. Who in the world is so biased that they would send a condo owner to Tikers three times. It is with disgust that I read the situation caused by this judge. Why hasn’t anyone reported all the “donations” she made to the Democrats with power as she aimed to get her 14 year profitable tenure? Follow the donations, expose and get rid of this judge. We don’t need irrational judges seated. Despicable behavior by the judge. Not the litigant.

Justice Colon handled a civil case for trial and over the course of several conferences she got a six figure case resolved that quite frankly did not look like it was going to settle. She drove the settlement by aggressively pushing both sides, the carrier more than the plaintiff. But to her credit she got the case resolved.

I was in the Courtroom in Civil Richmond. Judge Colon was on the bench that day. The entire no fault calendar sought adjournments on consent to avoid her. You can't make this stuff up. Judge Colon took the bench and stated that the entire no fault sought adjournments to avoid her and vacated the adjournments in over 20 cases. Her civil court reversals demonstrate manifest disregard for the law. She needs to go. Being a Colonel in the Army a court clerk and officer-- and walking uphill both ways to law School does not make her qualified for anything.

"Judge" Colon is not only does not know the law or just unethical but she is part of Admin. Judge Knipel Racketeering Team. In 2019 it was the official protest of Brooklyn Homeowners entrapped by frivolous cases filed by strangers, illegal aliens demanding homes, life savings of innocent NYC homeowners without any legal rights for it and without any civil law permitting depriving the homeowners of their only homes! Judicial Racket Team is targeting American Citizens who already accomplished their “American Dream,” bought and paid off their “Sweet Home” and must be protected under NYS Penal Law Article 155 Grand Larceny as well as Federal Laws prohibiting extortion of the property! Judicial Racket Team is also violating Immigration Laws prohibiting illegal aliens committing severe crimes, terror, tortures against American Citizens!
Judge Colon MUST BE REMOVED AND PROSECUTED FOR SEVERE PROPERTY CRIMES AND HUMAN RIGHTS VIOLATION! Her own property gained criminally must be confiscated as CRIMINAL PROCEEDS!

It is a shame that such bad-tempered, not familiar with the law and with ethics reckless and lost woman is a judge! It is hard to imagine her being adequate for a judge or an attorney for any country including Puerto-Rico. Who and for what reason let her graduate from the law school and "rule" but it was the wrong reason and very wrong decision. Now the American Justice System is very damaged for having such "judge" I feel very sorry for the litigants' who are forced to see her in court. Any truly civilized countries would never permit in courthouse such abusive to the people and to the judicial system behavioral. Let's hope and pray someone will stop this nonsense and remove this "judge"

Should not be handling the large amount of cases in the centralized compliance part that need a judge to rule on. Whoever screams the loudest wins. Rude and wrong on the law. Everyone knows it too.

Can’t say how she is as a judge generally. But understood the complex issue in the motion before her, understood the convoluted situation involving multiple parties more than just two and all represented by separate counsel. Got to the point, prevented absurd arguments and understood the legal issues and knew the underlying law. That’s how it was here.

Not knowledgeable of the law, thus becomes abusive and belligerent to prevent furtherance of the matter before her. Obvious bias, prejudice and full support of attorneys/institutions. Has absolutely no regard for a knowledgeable Pro-Se litigant. Does not afford a Pro-se litigant to speak on their defense; rather continues to rant. Absolutely unfit!

How is she a judge? She is incredibly rude and obnoxious to all. She should not be on the bench.
