Llinet Rosado is far more interested in patronizing those in family court. She behaves herself as if she is above those in her court room. She often loves to quote how she could have gone to the money court but choose family court because she wanted to make a difference. This is the perfect judge to have if you are an abuser and want to hide that fact. She approaches her cases with preconceived notations. She will often use the following cliches "the truth is somewhere in the middle" "It takes two to tangle" She does not let your attorney talk and will push things through based on what she feels is right.She will threaten and act as if she's going to enforce whatever consequences she instituted at the beginning of your case. Spoiler alert she does not enforce anything and allows people to violate orders left and right. She will make promises in court and never follows through on them. Do not get your hopes up if she makes a promise !!!1 she will not keep it. Just know if you have this judge you will be in for a long ride with a condescending, know it all who has no interest in the facts. She is far more interested in showing you why she is superior to you. I pray for your children if this is the judge who is overseeing your case.

she makes decisions based upon her own personal feelings and childhood traumas. when concerns arose of a father smoking weed and doing drugs around and in front of his children, her response was that it did not matter. she stated when her parents separated/divorced when she was younger, it was traumatic for her and so she feels that a father should be allowed in a child’s life NO MATTER WHAT. Her decisions are not based on the child’s best interest, but based on her own trauma and personal feelings. She should seriously consider going to therapy for the lingering abandonment issues she has that clearly cloud her judgement.

Scholarship - Disgraceful , as an Employees in Family Court once , terrible , Lied, do not care for a Child who has been an abused Kid , by his Mother, refused to have a child exam by the Court Physician.

Hon. Llinet Rosado , did some work at the Bronx Family Court, she quit right after lied in to her resume . She is fake Judge from the Dominican Republic .
