As a defendant in a hearing about a foreclosure proceeding, the Judge tried to humiliate defendant without hearing all the facts. It was obvious that the judge was a close personal friend of the mortgage company's attorney. Judge asked attorney how he should write up the stipulation. I was treated like a piece of garbage.

At mortgage settlement conference, obviously was good friend with mortgage company's attorney to the point of even consulting with him in whispered tones about how he should write his decision against defendant; shut down defendant's right to explain his case, which included the fact that he was served at the completely wrong address in another county.
