Horowitz is extremely unprofessional. Her demeanor and lack of knowledge of case background is evident. She should be embarrassed by her own conduct. She is horrible and makes quick comments without educating herself first. She often creates more contention than prior to her involvement. She lacks any desire to resolve issues, so she simply dismisses litigants often bullying simply to get the case off her calendar.

It was the most unprofessional courtroom experience
I was literally thrown in family court jail for explaining why my child should not be forced to take antipsychotics
It was the most horrible experience when she ordered a police to bring me to The psych ward after staying in her jail cell for two hours. No one deserves to be treated this way. By the way the head nurse at the psych ward indicated she worked there 28 years and that The minute she observed me she knew I didn’t belong there. It was appalling g shocking and aggregipus and made me lose faith in our justice system
Today my daughter is in nursing school and at the top of her class It took me a long time to get over this. I’m stronger for this and just pray she doesn’t do this to anyone else.

She has no compassion for the children or the mother. She does not care or listen to the court Guardian at all. She is nasty and has a bad attitude. Overall, she should not be in family court as these issues are very personal.
