This judge is assigned to the Matramonial court as interim, he doesn't know the law or the rules of the court well enough to be practicing as a judge. He engages in exparte communication regularly an has his favorite attorneys teaching him the game plan for their case prior to taking the bench each time. He is not impartial and will even misrepresent the truth to benefit the side he favors, assigns collaboration services to aid them, will not voluntarily disclose when a conflict of interest appears to exist and will continue on the case in aid of his favored party. He regularly entertains oral motions especially when it benefits the favored party. He disregards orders of former judges, He selects favorites from lists of fiduciarys and assigns them lucrative fees repeatively breaching the guidelines for using the list. He delays the case beyond the guidelines if the desired outcome is not accomplished. He predetermines the outcome of the case and makes it clear to the attorneys who's turn it is to succeed in the case. He dismisses attorneys that won't play the game his way. He allows forging of his signature by his favorite sides counsel to obtain unauthorized documents without cause to explore a fishing exposition to create a cause. He fails to decide or withholds decisions on factual supported matters of the opponent and caused subsequent financial strains to the family. He refused to end a show case action that was unsupported, refused to allow witness testimony from supporters of the opponent and issued orders in support of the unsubstantiated show cause permenently disrupting the children's future. He is especially favored to firefighters and has been a former fire chief and still active in nassau county fire service.
