Judge Guzman is partisan beyond belief towards the plaintiff. She doesn't even listen to defense arguments. She yells loudly and frequently. She does not care about the law and cites erroneous principles to help plaintiffs win. Her work ethic is a joke. She would show up between 10:45 and 11 during trial, work for an hour and a half, take a two hour lunch break, then work from 3-4. A two week trial under any other judge took her 7 weeks. She has no respect for the jury's time. The worst part is that she is so brazenly biased towards plaintiffs and completely disregards the law. I cannot believe she is a judge.

Unfortunately, this is NOT an unbiased, even handed judge. She rules over her Courtroom with an iron fist, clearly playing favorites, without any semblance of fairness and equal justice.

Her tone alone is reprehensible, unprofessional and unbecoming of a 'real' judge. She's clearly been watching too much of Judge Judy, gunning for her own show. Frankly, I'd rather see her on tv, than on the bench, with real people's lives at stake.

Lastly, she doesn't know the law, preferring instead to make rulings on the fly, without regard to the underlying law, all for the purpose of promoting the side that's pre-decided should win the case. At least she wears her biases on her sleeve, for one and all to see. If the 'powers that be' actually witnessed her 'in action' in her Courtroom, she wouldn't remain long on the bench, which would be wonderful for justice and the rule of law.
