Judge Jennifer Jensen was a total tyrant, completely void of empathy, a terror to all who appeared before her and should never be allowed to hold any position of authority ever again! Her conduct was not only unethical, but horrifying to everyone in the courtroom. Her superior, holier than thou attitude prevented the welfare of my children to even be considered. It's been more than 10 years since she threatened to take my beautiful daughter's away from me and their home, friends and school, on MOTHER'S DAY, and I still have hellacious nightmares. Our litttle family was completely destroyed because not only did she allow their father to abuse, abandon and violate custody agreements repeatedly, she let him skate on a solid year of unpaid child support and quit job after job while he put himself through "Christian Universities". Ultimately he tormented my younger one (with the help of Saratoga County CPS STALKING US FOR 6 YEARS) and Jensen cornered her into living with him, after she had reported years of neglect and abuse by him during court ordered unsupervised visitations. I couldn't protect my girls from Jensen's callous and destructive rulings. My daughters became Jensen's prisoners. Both of my now grown adult daughter's suffer from significant trauma, emotional and even now health issues that are starting to manifest as a result of the many years our family lived under Jensen's REIGN OF TERROR. Returning my youngest to her abuser caused catastrophic damage to her psyche and completely demolished us all. I would say off with her head, but she is undeserving of such a quick and painless death. Stoning would be more apropos. My older daughter had the great misfortune of seeing Judge Jensen prance into an All County Orchestra concert she was honored to be performing in. Jensen was decked out in tacky St Patrick's Day garb, looking every bit tipsy, cocky and intimidating. My baby was absolutely terrified and stunned to see Judge Jensen of all people, there that day, as was her sister. What was supposed to be a day of celebration and accomplishment for my child, turned into a day of fear and trepidation. When the performance ended, my girls were too horrified to remain and socialise with their schoolmates so we bolted from the school, went home and all went to bed early. We just wanted to forget it ever happened. When such an unscrupulous Judge lives within the same community and has children of the same age as those they are ruling over, it's a recipe for disaster and the ultimate form of bullying. I CAN ONLY THANK GOD MY CHILDREN DID NOT ATTEND THE SAME SCHOOL AS HER DAUGHTER! When she held the seat, there was nothing HONORABLE about her nor the decisions she made and quite obviously put very little time or thought into. She was simply a disgrace.

time for a career change.... or just retire and do us all a favor. Absolutely on a power trip. Lets schedule the final court date for the divorce on their anniversary.... that will make for a fun day.

Unfortunately this woman's term will not end soon enough.She is an embarrassment to my gender and Saratoga. The children under her punitive taser are the losers. I have found it hard to understand how the legal community has put up with it for so long. Entire families have suffered over this decade.Jensen was recommended by the Saratoga Republican Committee a decade ago.Their track record, no pun intended, has not been stellar

Thank the good lord that this woman’s term will be ending —- not soon enough - but it will end ——what a selfish self centered woman who has disgraced our county and effected so many family’s and children’s lives — I find it so hard to believe that there has never been an investigation into this woman’s ruleings over the years —- the absolute worst example of a familly court judge that could possibly exist — How she ever ended up in that position to effect so many children’s lives is just beyond me —- one day you will meet your maker Jennifer Jensen —- may the lord rule fairly on your choices in this life

The only judge on the planet who would grant custody of a child to a person that has a restraining order against them for violence against the child —- the state granted this child a restraining order to protect the child — this woman grants custody to this man well he has an active restraining order and is less than a year out of drug addiction rehab -& by his own addmitance has been “ CLEAN “ for less than a year —- I thought these judges were in familly court to help decide what is the best interest of the child & to help protect our children from being forced into unsafe and unhealthy environments— this judge seemed to think she has no guidelines to follow — that it is her courtroom and she will do as she pleases — regardless of the laws —- how has she gotten away with this for so long ?? How many lives have been effected by her -“ this is my courtroom mentality” I don’t know — but I believe there needs to be an investigation into every child’s life this woman has ever ruled on - because I’m certain by her behavior and attitude that this occurs very frequently in her courtroom

This person completely hates fathers overall and refuses to even listen to them or the wants of children. from the time my daughter turned 14 15 16 and 17 i went before her each year requesting she speak with my daughter directly to hear her side of how unhappy she was at her mothers. she wanted to live with me and every time all Jensen would say is she is the judge and not about to let a child tell her what she wants until she is 18. well at that point i don't need a judge. even after i filed an order of protection because her mother physically abused my daughter she ran away to my house and somehow i lost a month of visitation simply for protecting her. this woman should not be allowed to practice family law let alone decide a family and childrens fate. someone needs to protect children and she is not it.

A few months ago I went before judge Jensen trying to get a restraining order against my ex. Due to his drug usage, continuous harassment, and increasing violence I had turned to well springs for help. Every week I was calling the police department, and had shown up infront if judge Jensen with atleast 4 domestic incident reports all from within the month. When I got there I told her he was using drugs around my son, and due to his increase in using I feared for my life. She read the 42+ texts I had gotten from him in just a weekend where I had asked him to leave me alone and then stopped replying. Now I was told she was a difficult judge to go up against but here I stood before her tears in my eyes begging her to grant the order because I feared for both mine and my sons life. She looked at me and said “ I will not be granting you the order of protection because it sounds like he is only trying to get you back and your in no real grave danger.” I said okay and told her thanks for wasting my time. Here it is October and since I stepped foot in that court room my ex has laid his hands on me twice leaving bruises each time. Except for the most recent episode of violence against me my ex the one I begged for a n order of protection on almost killed me because he obstructed my airway until I stopped breathing. He didn’t let go until he was ready which was after I stopped fighting because I had no more energy to fight. Judge Jensen really should be fired for not taking domestic violence more seriously. I have bruises all over my arms my chest and my neck as well as scratches and bite marks. Thanks judge Jensen for taking my life seriously that you would deny the order of protection and almost cost me my life. If I could give 0 stars I would for how poorly of a job she did Keeping me safe and how unprofessional she was.

Judge has a very superior , I am the judge attitude. Now do not misunderstand I am not talking about needing to control the court room. I am talking about the fact that she works for the people all of them not just whom she desides is the one she wishes to go with.

The most acrimonious, insensitive judge ever to sit in Saratoga County. She is horribly abusive to litigants and counsel alike. The only judge where, increasingly, local attorneys refuse to take new clients who have her as a judge.
Doesn't know the rules of evidence.
Commits frequent ethical violations.
