DA Hynes VIOLATED the Court Order by Judge Cutrona by calling the Kings County Medical Centers Mental Health Facility where she was taken by the Sheriffs for Evaluation, Treatment and Care. He just picked up the phone and called Kings County MCMHF, and told them to RELEASE my child. I HAVE NO IDEA WHERE SHE IS NOW. Then he called the 77th Precinct, found an IDIOT Cop, who agreed to KIDNAP me, which he did, his name is Brian Duffy, his partner wanted NO PART OF THIS CRIMINAL ACT. After I was released more than 24 hours later, I spent the next 3 days trying to stay alive and get my "body plumbing" back up and running. What gave me the courage was my friends, who I was staying with, who have and were going through some serious Health issue were whispering night 2, they said.."if she is like this tomorrow we're taking her to the ER. You see, in Hynes, Pitler and Duffy's HASTE to VIOLATE me, they had no knowledge of my High Blood Pressure, or my pre diabetic condition, so my meds were at that HOLE they call the 77th Precinct. In fact these 3 MORONS didn't bother to even realize that this was a "FAMILY COURT" matter and the DA's Office had NO jurisdiction, so their rouse of "stalking" was to make it a criminal case, to slam dunk me just to get that BOGUS OP that was JUSTLY vacated reinstated!! I went back before Judge Cutrona after I was "slam dunked" by that CRIMINAL OPERATION headquartered in the Brooklyn DA's Offices. Judge Cutrona WAS NOT the same Judge I'd appeared before a week or so earlier, he was guarded, cautious, and I'd even say AFRAID!! Although he knew beyond a shadow of a doubt that the behavior my daughter displayed in his Courtroom was that of one struggling, suffering and battling a Mood Dis Order!! Hynes is a TERRORIST, and he needs to be in PRISON where he belongs!!
