0 should be an option. This judge absolutely hates disabled combat vet and transgender minorities. He lacks basic understanding of the US Constitution. He makes it his goal to violate peoples civil rights. His toxicity is poisonous.

Astounding lack of preparedness and knowledge of the case. Absolutely refused to explain his numerous denials of multiple motions which asked him to correct mathematical errors and erroneous judgments which amounted to thousands of dollars of lost estate monies. Arrogant, biased and obstinate. He placed judicial expediency above finding the truth. His lack of judicial temperament and objectivity will have a negative impact on the citizens of Steuben County for years to come.

Obnoxious and arrogant in court. Lacks objectivity and ill-prepared. Biased. Knowledge of case facts is very poor. Refuses to correct his mathematical mistakes. Refuses to explain his denial of motions.
