Judge Chinea, is objectively, a person who doesn’t represent her industry well. She embodies all the negative stereotypes of the legal industry. She is self serving, egotistical, rude, unjust, lacks a clear understanding of professionalism, and doesn’t seem to understand that lying, cheating people, and corruption are not in the job description. She is a person who is especially conniving as she understands the use to her of being a “leader” in her field as it pertains to advancing the nefarious endeavors of herself and others.

I am surprised that with the wasteland of intellect, honesty, and character that Housing Court is, that no one has posted here to compliment this Judge. Sees through the BS very quickly, follows the law, and tries to reach a just result for everyone. Will shut down dishonesty when she hears it, but is also willing to listen. Very refreshing to have a judge like this in Housing Court.
