Had custody of my daughter since Day 1. He ordered me to pay support to the mother with arrears all the way to $4,000. Mother never saw child after 6 months. I kept filing to have support stop, he kept adjourning it with no reason until finally 2 1/2 years later he was sick a day so another judge actually listened to what I said.

Very unfair rulings. In general a nasty person. Not interested in listening to any facts that pertain to the case. Always sides with women(mothers) and that is a disgrace.

his attutitude and conduct towards those who can not afford an attorney is a disgrace to the bar. he has demeaned so many for their econmic status. he gets off on demoralizing child support paying fathers and always wants more from those who have nothing to start with. just a real disgrace of the American legal system.

Year after year I have watched this judge throw people in jail for being poor. The economy took a toll on everyone, including fathers paying child support. I understand that some men just refuse to pay up, but if someone is truly unable to pay because they can't find a job, there is no reason for a judge to make taxpayers foot the bill to house and feed these men. Also, he is a complete sexist. I have NEVER seen in incarcerate a woman for being behind on child support, even though many of them just outright refuse to pay.
