Horrific crimes against protective moms and children; she permits allegations of abuse and neglect with no due process.
She delays hearings so that children and their living parent(s) and other family members truly suffer. It’s legal abuse by proxy and results in trauma to her victims.

She also gave an OOP to a convicted child sex offender / pedophile based on lies he wrote in an Affadavit.
The other party was never notified to present the evidence of fraud and libel (with counsel). It was simply automatic (giving out OOPs like candy to abusers).

This powerful judge’s pro-abuser rulings must be investigated as well as her ties to Dr Anthony Santoro, an inept professional who is also a sexual pervert.

She exhibits bias when refusing court-ordered evidence and allows her Law Clerk to render decisions on her behalf that destroy families instead of allowing victims of DV and their respective children to heal.

Is she getting bribes from counsel?

Intitially I felt that Judge Greenberg was unnecessarily tough and hard. I ended up settling my custody case in the hallway, against my wishes. At the close of our case, Judge Greenberg spoke very caring and compassionately. She said how our daughter was conceived in love and that my x and I need to make peace for the well being of our children. She said how we don’t want to be in court, it’s stressful. My x made a comment after her “from your mouth to gods ears”. Judge Greenberg could see his phoniness and yelled at him, “that is exactly what I am talking about.” Under her tough shell, she is a caring person. Just be honest and be yourself in court. KE My x was violent and verbally abusive we had a history of protective orders.

I was involved in a custody case where the other parent threatened to kill me. Judge Greenberg and her guardian for the child said well there was no threat to kill the child and either parent can have custody.

Now that should not be a family court judge.
