zero rating, This Judge Ignores motions providing discovery that implicates court officials siding with fraudulent plaintiffs claiming ownership of property By allowing a phony trustee and beneficiary to create a trust more than 10 years later on a already satisfied mortgage Loan. violating State and Federal. there are no record or indication that they had authorization or authority to foreclose without any original Documentation. Asked to be transferred to a new judge has she'll never read your paperwork especially if it implicates wrongdoing within the court system, Also she has influence with the federal court as well so BEWARE!!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. This judge does not pay attention to detail. She is oriented toward moving things along in her court. she is always late to the bench and does not know her case load. the worst

If her position is an elected position, there should be a movement to vote her out. She is not qualified. She does not grasp basic bankruptcy concepts. She definitely should not be on the bench.

Possibly the worst judge in Westchester Supreme Court history found out my foreclosure case was a complete fraud by plaintiff I provided the truth to judge Jameson she ignored it because it involved deception failure to disclose on the part of her Chambers court documents provided me with the evidence proving ownership of my home she is a political puppet nothing more

I have had limited motion experience before Justice Jamieson and it was entirely satisfactory. Her decision was simple, right to the point, and saw the facts as they were.

general inclination is bias toward corporations and banks. Very biased. Does not adhere to ethical standard nor does she follow the law. Her law clerk will handle 99% of her work but she is asleep at the wheel

biased towards banks. Her clerk, Judith, is probably the worst in the field. Does not read the laws, does not acquaint herself with the case. This judge is said to be leaving, but in my opinion, she's gone already.

Extremely disorganized, both she and her clerk Judy are asleep at the wheel.Do not expect her to actually read the motions or know the law. She will side with banks and those who give her political favor. Decisions rendered aren't uploaded for months later! awful

It's always alarming to read about a judge stripping a fathers rights.
Abuses of title d4, alleging to be a victim of domestic, awarded the oop ( which we all know is the silver bullet for the plaintiff. Judges who stroke the paper against a parent just because. A father with an oop against his children with no factual basis.

Felt the need to rate after reading the most recent off-base comment below.

In matrimonial cases, she's generally evenhanded. She cares about the kids above either side, and sees THEIR needs as paramount.

In civil cases, she goes above and beyond to keep the case moving and reach a fair and quick resolution.

I consistently receive motion decisions FAR quicker than from any other Judge in Westchester or Rockland Counties.

Staff is always helpful and quick to respond to valid concerns.

Her strongest attribute would likely be the ability to get tough cases settled, avoiding protracted litigation and trial costs.

She's a great Judge, period.

If you represent the husband in a matrimonial she will do everything to destroy him. Not even a hint at evenhandness. Throws papers aside without reading them. Is insulting and lacks temperament. Doesn't have her staff return communications. Just ignores you. She had her own divorce and is spending the rest of he life destroying all males. So sad to see this on the bench. Even in non-matrimonials is condescending and a bully. Had to leave Westchester because she couldn't even get along with her fellow jurists. Can't say i have seen a worse judge in 33 years of practice. The judicial greviences keep mounting. She is an advocate and not a judge. Her female law clerk isn't much better only more polite and tries to take the rough edges off of incompetent know it all judge. she doesn't care to listen. She doesn't care what you say. Should be impeached! Surely thinking of creating a committee to oppose her re-election. There is a caveat to all this - if you were her personal friend, male or femal, before she ascended to the bench like god she is most polite and friendly.. Everyone else can suck wind. so if you see such comments they are probably her old buddies.

decisions and having been on the other side of the bench as an attorney knows
whats important to get the case
