[Redacted] abuse, violates defendants rights. Most of the defendants are not guilty of anything! I have written an ethics complaint about her. I’m glad she’s gone. and if she’s not gone, the ethics complaint is going in I have audio. And that’s another thing she destroys evidence. That’s trespass against the law. She also jails people based on her sick N brain thoughts I have a right to audio tape my conversations. She also does illegal phone hacking like she thinks it’s legal and is if she’s above the law. she got the job because of [Redacted] . when you have an attorney with you, no person supposed to be jailed. UNhonorable Judge Valerie Alexander is retiring December 2022. Thanks to her 'see something, do nothing' courtroom stance, citizens are relieved of one less UNhonorable Judge who sides with habitual law breakers despite the high recommendation of the DA's office to incarcerate for 30 days max. UNhonorable Judge Valerie Alexander signed off on having no consequence for severely injuring and killing, the NYS Commission on Judicial Conduct also signing off that it's ok to use your car as a weapon and severely injure and kill. Good riddance UNhonorable Judge Valerie Alexander. You will not be missed one bit!

Judge Valerie Alexander granted a one-year conditional release and $350 fine with $88 in surcharges to Eddy Gerdy Delaleu who was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor, and received no jail time for killing a passenger Kyra Gasparis. The DA highly recommended granting the maximum 30 day jail sentence.

This is what you get when a DA, becomes a judge, and gets stuck in District Court, for the next 16 years, can't get promoted as she's already in over her capabilities

After the first two judges recused themselves in my criminal prosecution for lack of impartiality Judge Alexander was assigned to my action. She displayed the same lack of impartiality as the first two judges. Judge Alexander repeatedly ignored my motions and the evidence/exhibits attached to them. ( redacted by editor )

What a pleasure to appear before this judge. She is smart, knows the law and is fair. She has the patience of a saint and carefully documents everything. She treats all the lawyers with respect and never demeans them.
