I was a juror in his court. He's fine until you start cross examining cops. That's when he absolutely loses his shit & becomes the second coming on pat lynch (one is plenty).

A complete idiot. He has probably been reversed by the Appellate Division more times than any sitting judge in the state. He should retire and go the beach. An embarrassment to the judiciary.

A reputation for being a racist, second prosecutor, this judge has been reversed 36 times in his short career in major cases. He goes out of his way to be nasty to defense lawyers and defendants, and to make sure that the District Attorney gets a conviction at all costs.

This judge has never met a police officer that lied, regardless of absurd testimony. He is probably in the top ten per cent in reversals, or at least the top twenty-five per cent, to my knowledge. He generally provides a fair and speedy trial, and treats you with respect. He is open-minded at sentencing.

Ready, set, go! This judge presides over the fastest trials in all the county. Very impatient with lawyers who don't know how to do it in court. You can win your case if you don't insult his intelligence. He has great courage to use his power to do the right thing as he sees it. Better here than in a lot of other places.
