Ridiculous Jurist. Issued a decision to avoid a hearing and to give as much to the mother as possible. Addressed Issues as the basis of his decision that were not in dispute, and nevertheless got them wrong. Let his obvious conservatism and prosecutorial bias shine through. No thought, prejudicial, and absolutely no knowledge of the law. If he does not want to adjudicste matrimonails resign and stop hurting fathers who have rights under the law.
