As unqualified and disinterested and as they come. He pretends to be a straight, non bias jho (not even a judge)....he is narrow minded, ignorant of major issues and disinterested in discovery. A scary example of the judicial system. The news he is retiring cannot come fast enough. A failure from start to finish. Bravo.

I have a shared parenting agreement with my ex and pay shelter food and clothing. I have my son 47% of the time. I clearly testified this situation at trial. In the law there are provisions to waver from the 17% statutory amount. This jusge does not know how to think outside the box to create justice for all and is afraid to do the right thing, so he made the safe decision. Now I have to pay my ex $1100 monthly and I still have to pay my rent with my son, food and clothing when I have him. These costs amount to over $1500 monthly. I do not even have enough income to pay for everything. In addition, I will not have money to do anything with my son when I have him. After I go into arrears, I will be considered a dead beat dad, lose my license, not have passport priveleges and possibly go to jail because of his insensitivity to my situation. In addition my ex owns 2 homes and only works half the hours I do.
