He isn't perfect but neither AM I. After he got to know I gave Him an Oahspe Bible in open court`. For no special favor. I thought that he might like one. He gave me 15 days for a red light one day. Because I was broke when he fined me and asked to do community service. He said no. I stated was on nys disability and that he was just taking money from the gov to pay the gov. He then sentenced me to the max 15 days in county. Got 5 days off for good time. My out day fell on a sun got 2 more days off. Got some we all sang the jail house good some not to food. Played chess relaxed slept a lot made some friends. Better than paying a fine and sir charge. He let me off probation for dying and going to heaven. He reduced a n assault to a harassment charge when I kinda excepted from jail LOL private joke. I guess he like to drink a little and play cards at the steak shop. So what back then I smoked a little pot once an awhile so what can I say. Nobody is perfect. I really wish I could hear the whole alien joke LOL because oahspe is about aliens. That was about judge Forrest. Forrest dismissed a another red light charge when the two cops didnt show up in court or supply a supporting deposition which led to an internal investigation on the request or attorney general now gov. Cuomo. Before Forrest was a judge as a lawyer he defended my dog for barking at Big flats court. and he got him off the hook. They all are not at all bad guys. I would have a really hard time being a judge. Because law is not always real justice. But sometimes the long arm of the law reaches beyond black and white and the letter of the law. Sometimes they make lenient exceptions. They are real people also.

This judge is an embarrassment - He was censured before when he should have been removed - now the state has finally decided to remove him after another decade of his biased decisions.

Civil Litigation - Private

Comment #: NY3954
Rating:1.0
Comments:
Completely biased toward prosecution, unwilling to listen to a defendant, pompous, not knowledgeable of the law, often confused, a showman who Loves to be the center of attention, unfair, eager to place defendants in jail, no apparent attempt to weigh the scales of
justice, a simple legal background, hostile, completely unwilling to recognize or correct when he errors (which is often), insulting, in a complete legal rut, not respected.
He was censured by the New York Commission concluded as a matter
of law that respondent (Judge Ramich) violated Sections 100.1, 100.2(A), 100.2(C), 100.3(B)(6),
100.3(E)(l), 100.3(E)(l)(a)(ii), 100.4(A)(2), 100.4(A)(3), 100.4(G) and 100.4(H)(2) of
the Rules Governing Judicial Conduct.
