Judge Roberts refused to raise bail on a 16 year old who had been released after sexually assaulting a woman who he had followed from the subway. When he was arrested again two weeks later for sexually assaulting another woman he followed from the subway, Judge Roberts let him walk out of court—against the prosecutor’s pleas—with nothing but a curfew. Judge Roberts clearly has no regard for public safety. Consider this when she is up for re-election.
