His courtroom demeanor, attitude and court procedure is somewhat unpredictable; it depends on the day (his day)and the litigants. He can be very biased toward females in family courtcustody and child support cases and hands out ex-parte protection orders as if every day is Halloween and he is passing out candy.It is said that he has "short man' syndrome. He is no longer an Oswego County Judge. He now has a position in Onondaga family court temporarily.
