A wonderful person. Judge Ruskin tries to understand people and is respectful of those before her. She is ever so slightly pro-prosecution on most things, but not on sentencing. She won't admit it, but she gives credit to people who make an attempt to treat court as a special place. In other words dress your client up a little and teach him or her to use the words "please," "thank you" and "Your Honor." Has a good sense of humor and is fun to appear in front of.
