Judge DiBiasi doesn't take action. By maintaining a position of inaction, he is implicitly taking action by supporting the party who doesn't want action. He will state that he doesn't support the party who doesn't want action, but he minimizes and dismisses the need for action. While NJ family courts hope that cases will settle, he makes it difficult because he impedes discovery through his stance of inaction.

Ultimately, he lets cases drag on where seemingly nothing happens. He lets attorney fees accumulate by continued Case Management Orders where nothing happens.

this Judge was unprofessional and discriminatory his behavior was incorrect during my motion.
I filed complaint to Trenton about his ethics and his behavior he should not be a judge- I am not sure who gave his position but this guy doesn’t have any ethics to represent any court.

Attorney/Judge Darren T. DiBiasi is a sick socialist fascist communist piece of filth intervening in every aspect of the lives of anyone with the misfortune to be forced into his donkey kangaroo court, like the rest of the Bergen County government garbage, where he violates every state and federal constitutional and civil law and right by supporting the plague that is the New Jersey government committing Crimes Against Humanity and hate crimes against the people, children and families of New Jersey. God help my children and family and all the other victims of DiBiasi and his criminal enterprises and the horrific government of New Jersey survive and recover from the cruelty and malevolence inflicted by Darren DiBiassi with his monstrous conspiring criminal DCPP case workers and supervisors and deputy attorney generals. One benefit from the other plague afflicting the people of New Jersey, the coronavirus, is the furloughing of the disgusting tattoo covered viscous and cruel lowest of the low trash DCPP case workers and may have the wisdom to permanently remove all of them and abolish the state government terror of DCF and DCPP.

For at least 4 years Darren DiBiasi has permanently removed children from good parents with crooked DCPP/CPS. The last appeal to stop their child trafficking ended with fraud and openly falsified testimony by worst of the worst N. J. malicious prosecutor Jane Blank and former Bergen County chief prosecutor Gurbir Grewal himself making Dibiasi's permanent legal kidnapping final, the parents need a high quality attorney to file federal appeal which should now be made available by the June 25th Executive Order directing to stop the unnecessary removal of children by dirty DCPP and Dibiasi. Bergen County Family Division Judges with DYFS/DCPP are defendants in a hundred appeals and federal civil suits and civil actions against them for stealing children and child trafficking while under 20 years of failed federal oversight since ASFA for DYFS 'Horror Stories' on their mistreatment of tens of thousands of New Jersey children they continue to illegally and unconstitutionally abduct and hostage, they only keep getting worse.

A new executive order in June to monitor, get high quality attorneys to represent families to fight the crooked Bergen County family court judges like Dibiasi and DCPP illegal and unconstitutional actions/crimes, and monitor progress in PROTECTING FAMILIES FROM DCPP and DIBIASI and stop exactly what they do in court by making sure children are not removed unnecessarily and the trauma and destruction of children and families by these misconducting malfeasants is stopped for good. DiBiasi and DCPP not only doesn't follow federal Children's Bureau guidelines to give families and children real opportunities to stop unnecessary removal and save families, DCPP case workers lie and commit fraud and perjury at every opportunity, but instead follows false contrived and unsubstantiated testimony, which is illegal, and fake 'evaluations' by known lying, crooked and discredited DCPP paid medical malpracticing criminals with a long history of collusion perjuring in court and then ignoring real evaluations from parents and then removes children following the same fraud as the soon-to-be-removed malfeasant crook judge Peter J. Melchionne. We are hoping the new Executive Order signed by President Trump will bring an end to the child trafficking by Judge Darren Dibiassi and crew.

DCPP child trafficker unconstitutionally endangers children unless faced with Title 18s242 criminal charges and Title 42s1983 federal suit. Like the rest of the corrupt New Jersey system can't understand Constitutional Rights. Endangers children. Has stood up to corrupt criminal DCPP but delayed return of children for years continuing to destroy families. DiBiasi has no ability to understand Constitutional Rights, procedural or substantive, follows unsubstantiated evidence, throws out proved exculpatory evidence and continues to destroy children, people and entire families in the worst Family Division corruption in the entire world, under federal oversight for over 20 years only to horrifically permanently remove more children, under the most horrific and Judge Melchionne with the most federal suits against in the historically notorious Bergen County, New Jersey.
