I had a court order from A Judge that if my son's father was abusive that my son would stay with me.
When the day came when my son's father was abusive, and I went to court and Anne McDonnell was the Judge and ordered my son to stay with his dad. When I told her I had a Judge sign that my son was to stay with me her comment was well that judge is in cumberland county now and I am the Judge. Years and years went by, and I was shocked with how this could happen, and I found out before she became a superior Judge, she was a municipal Judge and Guess where the same town my son's father lived in. She is not Honorable in my opinion she is dangerous to our system and Thanks to her my son became abusive just like his dad. To add I say with Proof and evidence not with hearsay.

Judge actually put in court documents a statement"it appears that most boaters are rude and disrespectful". The basis is the opinion and viewpoint of one person. No other opinions or feedback was presented. She made so many unreasonable demands to make one person happy while impacting an entire community who uses a local boat ramp. The ramp owners and the township find her suggestions and rulings to be unworkable. Apparently one person has more rights than an entire community.

This judge is incapable of being fair. We went ot partial summary judgement with 7 expert reports from qualifed individuals and our adbersary came in empty handed, the only thing they had were there malicious accusations and she sat up on the bench stating she did not know what to believe. This woman has no right to sit on a bench and control other peoples lives she is a nikumpoop. My husband and 8 children have been living in poverty for the last 5 years because she can not distinguish between fact and fiction. She needs to pull her head out of her ASS!!!!
