Arrogant misguided dangerous judge. Sadly, her last family court trial was a gross miscarriage of justice. Father was a danger gambler; stole property from the mother; in trouble with the IRS; manipulated the young adult siblings of the minor child in the custody matter and now awating a crininal trial which he has been dodging for years. Despite the mother's repeated requests for a psych evaluation for the father, this dangerous judge denied it. Post judgment the new judge found the need for an alienation therapist. The therapist called CPS reporting child abuse and neglect by the father. Judge Grasso Jones gave physical custody of the child to the father redacting the father's disturbing past. Father's attorney also sent emails to father throughout the proceedings aiding and abetting the alienation and telling him ways to keep the minor child from the mother. CPS was called on the father by the therapist who reported child abuse and neglect by the father. He recommended a severe alienation intervention removing the child from the father for the intervention and intense reunification therapy with an expert in the field. Judge Grasso Jones redacted the father's dangerous past including the death of a patient while under the father's care (he was a md who surrendered his licenses in lieu of further criminal proceedings after the death of a patient; he was married at least four times; stole medical equipment from the military; was dishonorably discharged from the Navy and the list goes on and on. Mom never say her son again with yers of violations of parenting time by the father. Father is currently dodging a criminal trial as defendant for the past five years. Judge Grasso Jones should have been removed from the bench years ago.

My client repeatedly asked for psych evaluations for a very ill father and she did not grant this relief. Post judgment all severe alienating behaviors by the father were found by all court appointed experts and started right after her decision. The mother is now erased from the child's life. Father refused to comply with the court ordered mental health eval ordered by two post judgment judges and recommended by four professional involved in the case. The child aged out of this broken system. Don't know how this witch sleeps at night.

What a disgusting woman. I hope the hell she caused my family goes back to her. It took my 6 years as a fit parent to get my child back in her anti- family court & $50,000.

What a nightmare. Interviews elementary alienated children & gives custody to wrong parent to further alienate and dissolve relationship with the real targeted parent. Thankful she is off the family bench now so she can’t ruin more families.

What a disgusting human being. Interviewed alienated elementary school children and attacks the targeted parent .. misguided, arrogant in that anti-family court. So many complaints against her in her ... even though she is no longer in Family Court, the destroyed families she left behind still suffer. She should have been disbarred by now.

I had a protracted divorce that put me before three wo derful judges. Then came Grasso Jones. She was incredibly disrespectful to me from the outset. Called me a liar, asked if I was a lawyer, for listing multiple instances of malpractice against my prior attorney. When in fact said attorney is notorious for the incompetent behavior And I pulled on me, and the Supreme Court of NJ acknowledges his behavior. Until 2016 Grasso Jones was the family court judge, who no doubt had this attorney before her, in the club. Total conflict, which my malpractice attorney did not vette,despite my clear misgivings. Don't expect to get a fair shot with her.

This was also the case with Judge Justus in Monmouth County Courthouse who was more interested in protecting the career of police officer Philip Seidle than in protecting the beautiful life of Tamara Seidle. Monmouth County has blood on their hands and the public needs to know about it.”
