Big shout out to most corrupt part of court system in NJ. Money making machine for family court attorneys. Has families sell homes to support industry while doing NOTHING to help families settle divorce cases. Allows non compliant parties to rule , does nothing when orders are not followed for over a year and makes parties PAY to go to mediation to settle arrears that are ordered to be paid . This After a year of noncompliance , paying attorneys to file motions and oral arguments . Trial dates times 2 adjourned 2 years in a row with no new dates given so abuser can continue being non compliant with everything. Crying poverty with over 4 million in “nonmarital” accounts and refusing to pay ordered Pendente amount for 1 year! That is ordered for schedule C only but now paying rent with it. Yet continuing to enroll 3 children in $68,000/year each boarding school and being allowed to use sale of shore house funds to pay!! If you can’t pay arrears, ordered schedule A and B and Pendente then you certainly can’t afford a boarding school. So either you believe him or just wasting my settlement. Hosing is more important than a boarding school. Especially because each of their 529s is maxed out. What kind of family court are you running. Court also gave same abuser sole right to sell vacation home which he then undersold for hundreds of thousands 2 weeks before pandemic out of spite. Same abuser also walked out of mediation after 3 full days with loud mouth lying attorney after stating they would be signing that day. Yes. That’s the person you order someone to go back to mediation with. Not a clean hand in sight. Again, if you can’t get him to pay and do nothing about his complete disregard for orders, how is sending couple to mediation that I have to PAY again for going to accomplish anything but make sure there’s nothing left to settle for. If I was not not living it I would not believe how old boy white boy rich boy misogynistic this whole thing is. You allow him to sell home, live in marital residence with no children, no consequence for noncompliance and refuse to make a decision on anything so it just continues til the party they believe is weaker will quit. And then abuser will keep all and kids and ex will be homeless. As no one cares. It’s disgusting and one day it will all come out.

Will allow what he has to know is beyond insane proceedings instead of simple asking parties issue. Allows loud mouth lying attorney to run court Sends arrears to mediation. Wtf. I just paid 10,000s of thousands for you to decide. When an adult walks into family court and takes over let me know. During pandemic I’ve had 4 zoom meetings. Guess where I got muted. Seriously NJ. I am truly tired of being admonished by court for filings. In the 9 months since orders were filed by this judge Twice , Defendant has chosen not to comply. When making the court aware , you are told you will have to file a motion. If you can’t get him to do it I certainly can not. There are no adults in this entire joke of family court They will help you lose everything. Make you feel like a criminal. I filed for divorce. That’s it. Did NOt commit a crime. Enough is enough. . Court ordered our home sold so now I get to pay $10,0000/month in rent while defendant lives in marital home alone. So court is wasting our entire equitable distribution on court fees , lawyers and expert testimony while I then have to pay rent when I had a home that was a year from being paid off. The whole time while someone goes on and on without being interrupted about what a lousy, lying , poor parent you are yet your the ONLY parent your kids have or want. And other than the court, defendant and their lawyer everyone knows it’s a lie and travesty Other parent literally saw children 5 days out of 4 months. Uses terms such as “reliable sources state income has gone down”. That’s a qualified answer???. How about your taxes or bank statements. Refuses to get an attorney for 9 months. Inundates plaintiffs attorney with correspondence because it costs him nothing. Declares wants mediation even though everyone aware that he walked out of last one after 3 full days costing thousands with same attorney. Day before oral arguments he’s allowed to rehire guy he fired because he lost motion. It’s like groundhog day. Insanity is defined as doing same thing over and over and expecting different result. That’s family court. 3 years next month.

6 months after motion filed on his orders due to defendant’s non compliance and still no answer. Literally 9 months of back pendente and arrears since 2018 and still nothing. 3 years of $100,000’s of thousands of dollars and nothing. Family court of NJ is a joke. There is not enough therapy, money , or excuses that will ever make up for what it does to adults and especially children. You can hire whomever. Nothing makes a corrupt system work.

Family court is a joke. Go in with pix. Told your a liar. Bruises aren’t bruises. Will allow a male to get emergent sole custody for children for nothing. Pretends a disgusting house with orders to keep clean is not on purpose Actions of hiding car And confrontation are ok. Destroying property is not harassment. Will actually tell victim to grow up.
