Comments:
Extremely biased against pro se litigants. Overtly favors counsel. Questionable legal reasoning or knowledge of family court rules/laws, child support guidelines, etc. Visibly uncomfortable with basic math/calculations. Little understanding of dv and the various forms of abuse - really needs to educate herself and read the research.

Comments:
I witnessed judge Olivera silence a pro se litigant by stopping her in mid-sentence, not allowing the pro se litigant to be heard - the pro se was not allowed on the record to tell her story of uncomplimentary statements regarding abuse over FaceTime with her son. she would not let the pro se litigant continue to put on the record the statement - denying her fair and due process. extreme bias exhibited. a pro se litigant should be afforded the right to be heard, her demeanor was completely different with opposing counsel, showing extreme favoritism. I would hope that Judge Oliveira would take note of this and allow a person who is representing themselves the opportunity to be heard.
