General Rating: poor; Criminal Rating: unknown; Civil Rating: poor. Judge Creed is harsh, laughs at litigators. Allows defense attorneys to throw things, slam things, kick chairs without reproach. Allows defense team to chide Plaintiff, to interact with defendant on stand, to laugh, make faces, etc. If you are a) female, b) liberal, c) Affirmative Action supporter, d) from out of area, e) believe in equal rights . . . Judge Creed is not the judge for you. Creed makes fun of litigants from the bench. This is a white male centric adjudicator. Key decisions are pre-conceived regardless of evidentiary. Creed continuously speaks about hiring and following an attorney advisement because he has an attorney for a wife. Where prior association with a defendant "may" exist, the Judge does not recuse nor inform. And, if you have written legislature, this is a Judge who will burn you in open court in retribution.
