Magistrate Krueger is the worse of the worse. The entire Delaware County Court system is pathetic and encourages the mistreatment and abuse of innocent children.

I am a loving, attentive father who had to dish out $100,000 in legal fees and lost two years of my sons life, fighting for my fundamental right to be a father. Everybody at this court is absolutely disgusting and they destroy innocent children's lives for profit!

In light of the fact he is no longer on the bench, justice in Delaware County has improved. His bias has been glaringly apparent. Has ruined many lives by "rubber stamping" prosecutors wishes. Rude to defense counsel if challenged on matters of law. Good riddance.
