Although I have had limited exposure to this judge, the case I had was a bodily injury paralysis matter that had a difficult liability component and required a sophisticated understanding of the rules of procedure and evidence with a strategy so peculiar we needed to, and the defense allowed us, to meet with the court beforehand to explain what was to occur at trial. She was not only accommodating but erudite in her understanding and decisions that followed.
