My Mother was wrongfully done by Judge Post. Her three children were taking away her point a courted lawyer was sophie goodman who was scared to death of her and did not help my mothers case at all. Is there a Lawyer that will assist my mother and face judge Post. Please help.

This Judge has NO business wearing a Robe or sitting behind a bench!I was charged in Rogers Co. buy a fine law enforcment that did a terrible or lack of Investigation when I found out my now Ex was having an affair I told her we are over next thing I know Im charged for a crime there and I dont live anywhere close to Rogers Co! My lawyer showed Post I wasnt even in that county she cant charge me Post Being ALL mighty said Oh Well Im charging Him ! I was yelled at by her ,treated Like scum of the earth and I have never even had a speeding ticket! I was allowed no witnesses or to defend myself at all! They Post and that wonderful Prosecuting Attorny could do say whatever lie they wanted! My treanscripst were alterred from pre trial to the end and they allowed so much Felony Perjury its not even funny. My lawyers said basic law 101 does not apply in Her courtroom!Im glad the Jury saw thru her and Im a free man But POST pretty much Ruined my life and credit to Help a lying Whore who has accusd other men of same thing.Oh couldnt bring that up In Posts courtroom either. I Just Hope when Post Faces the One True Judge he sends her to where she Belongs!

Judge Post does not look at all the facts before taking peoples children away, she is arrogant rude and takes advantage of of position It wouldn't surprise me to find out that she gets paid off by CPS to take children.

judge dynda post plays or acts like she is god in the court room.she has pulled several children from their familys with out proof on false aligations.the children that needed to be put in dhs custody for thier own protection ended up passing away.i have seen her scream at the top of her lungs at other people as well as myself and curse at them while calling us out of our names.this is only the tip of the ice berg.she needs to be pulled of the bench.she goes by 'her' own 'laws'.the best advice i can give anyone is to document every little detail of ur case while going before her and get copys of court minutes because if u dont judge post will tell you one thing to do and when u go back before her she does not remember and will bring her wrath down on u.also rogers county dhs is in the corruption with her.a deeper investigation and action needs to be taken with judge dynda post and rogers county dhs.rogers county is the worst county iv ever seen when it comes to true justice.

Judge Post has an awful record of having her decisions reversed, She is vindictive with male defendents in drug charges. She gives them virtual life sentences then allows the women to skate. What is up with that????

She has to be the worst judge in the State of Oklahoma. Without question. Forget anything relative to civil or criminal rules of procedure, she does what she wants. Forget the facts, evidence, or statuory authority - it's rule be edict of the Court before her.

Burned out is the word. Won't work at pre-trial matters and won't show up. Better hope that no one ever documents when she isn't in the office--It would be ugly. Flunked the class about working well with others.

Unfortunately, she is still a judge. She has no knowledge or understanding of Oklahoma statutes, simply doing whatever she wants. She has to be one of the least knowledgeable judges on the bench. I truly hope that the voters of Rogers County learn how bad she is - they deserve better.

Don't ever cross this judge. She will find a way to rule against you every time forever after. Like oral contracts two and a half years old are still valid. Or knowingly obtaining a default order while a party is in bankruptcy without telling her about the bankruptcy is okay if you are a local. She holds grudges, she is very biased, and she's sitting on enough cash to keep getting re-elected.
