i have never had to be in front of this judge. this because i am not known nor have to do any such illegal. however, i do know that he had a 50% ownership stake with an entity that a long tenured local real estate agent. now, or has been retired. this person is mike crain. he is the father-in-law of a local lawyer that handles most all foreclosures for mcnb and uses the sheriff's dept. to then unjust enrich with the district court judge. do i need to paint a picture?

Judge Farley...... too lazy to make a fair hard decision or his decisions can be purchased. I'm not sure which, possibly both.

I am a Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Army Special Operations and have tracked the violence and illegal actions taken by a resident in McCurtain County (Clint Jerome BEASON) against a single mother I am not mentioning her name for her protection), from my hometown in Arkansas. BEASON has a history of making false allegations against women in his past relationships and is continuing his illegal tactics. BEASON has recruited people he can influence and has orchestrated a series of lies, allegations and deceptions designed to destroy an innocent single mother. BEASON’s current application for a protective order is just a counter from a protective order he was given for aggregative assault. Judge Farely can review the case at the McCurtain County DA’s office but appears to be too lazy and is more than comfortable in making the easy wrong as opposed to the hard right decision. In this case Judge Farley appears to be a true oxygen thief
