I am a woman that had been verbally, physically, and mentally abused for years. McCurdy refused to hear any of my VPO requests. While I was living in Oklahoma county I was granted a VPO. When I moved back McCurdy refused to hear any of them. I was raped by my xhusband went to live in a women’s shelter and without a hearing this Judge ordered my Xhusband the home. The Juvenile judge gave me full custody of my children and McCurdy ordered my xhusband full custody. This judge sides w the father on every thing he is a woman hater. McCurdy has drug this divorce case out 11 years. My attorneys tell me I can’t bring up anything about abuse or it will go bad for me. I am so happy he has finally retired so that he can’t inflict more pain on a domestic violence woman. I have panic attacks every time I have to enter a court room, because of the extreme unfairness. This judge is very lazy, he doesn’t take others time into consideration, he does a lot of behind closed doors, I only hear from the attorney which half the time I can’t believe a judge would say those things, but no proof other then what the attorney tells me the judge said. It’s like a back woods, blood on your hands kind of deal. So thankful I have a new judge and a new attorney. I pray this judge will see the truth behind all the lies and deceit.

This judge is a joke. He doesn't look at evidence presented to him. I was in his court room when he was given evidence that the other party my ex wife had committed perjury not once or twice but 14 times and nothing was done. As a result of his incompetence I lost my visitation with my son and now my son lives in a house hold where his own sister attacked him with a knife but because his mother said it didn't happen even though there was proof it did. I go my visitation taken away based on lies. But this is the judge that tells me he knows what's best for my kid.

THIS JUDGE IS PARTIAL TO FEMALE LITIGANTS AND IS PREJUDICE TOWARD HEROIC AUTHORITIES. PUTS MONATARY AND OTHER BARR ASSOCIATES MONIES AS A PRIORTITY THAT DONATE TO HIS SCHOLORSHIP FUNDAMENTALS. ON THE VERGE OF ILLEGAL. NEEDS HELP WITH BLACK ROBE SYNDROME.
