To be fair is defined by Webster's dictionary as: free from bias, dishonesty, or injustice: a fair decision; a fair judge. Legitimately sought, pursued, done, given, etc.; proper under the rules: a fair fight. If you are looking for a definition of Judge Sheila Condren, this is it. We are experiencing a sad time in our country when the people we elect are constantly abusing the power the people have given them. There are few people left in this world today that truly earn the right to be called "honorable" on a daily basis. Judge Condren has earned the right to be called honorable. There is a quote by Potter Stevens that says "fairness is justice." Those who do not agree with my statements regarding Judge Condren just do not understand what fairness truly is.

Comments:
I have worked in the criminal and civil court system since 1978. I have had the pleasure to serve courts in the States of California, Missouri and Oklahoma. During my tenure I have worked with numbers of the judiciary in varied sectors of our judicial system. Judge Condren has earned my utmost respect as a true servant to our system. She is consistently well prepared for her cases, she has compassion and appropriate respect for those who come before the bar and she has a nearly flawless judicial temperament. She follows the law and does not legislate from the bench. She works tirelessly after hours and on weekends on her caseload. If I were ever in a situation to bring matters before the court, I would feel confident to receive a fair outcome if I were fortunate enough to have a judge like Judge Condren adjudicate my case. She is constant. Her demeanor behind closed doors is the same as it is in a public setting. We need more judges with true character. "The ones who do what's right, even when nobody is looking."
