I was in front of Judge Nightingale for a criminal case and she sent me to prison on a first time offense. Once I was done serving time, I went back to school, graduated with my bachelors degree then my MBA with nothing less than a 3.9 GPA. I only needed someone to give me a chance, she didn't do it. If you are a Plaintiff, be worried. If you work for an insurance company, she is a gift that keeps on giving. There is not a more biased jurist in Tulsa County.

I appeared before this judge and while I was a defendant in the case I found Judge Nightingale to be very competent and objective. She made every effort to balance that objectivity with the rule of law and what she saw in my case. If I ever had the chance to meet her in person I would tell her how I appreciated the manner in which she treated me. In my opinion, she is an awesome judge and a great woman.

Judge Nightingale appears to be impartial, but once she decides (for whatever reason) that she doesn't like you, forget it.... you won't win the most menial Motion. Wish I knew what the hell I did that makes her hate me so much.

She is an excellent judge. I have only been in front of her on one case, and she worked hard, knew the law, knew the issues and was adequately prepared. In my one case, she ruled against me and it was against a family member of mine. But under the law, I think that she was likely right. Either way, she maintained a professional courtroom, and allowed me to present my case, and was respectful. I don't expect, nor ask for, more from a judge. I just want an opportunity to be heard.

I had a case in front of Judge Nightengale and I think she is an incredible judge. THis coming from someone who LOST in front of her. She is fair and impartial. She listened to my legal arguments, and she read all the motions placed before her. I was incredibly impressed with her. I hope she moves up and up and up.
