I've had Judge Pace assigned to numerous cases of mine, and while I haven't "won" every one, she's always been a top shelf Judge on my cases. I recommend her.

The petitioner brought no witnesses no evidence no proof of anything, I brought documents showing I was in the hospital at the time of the event as well as signed note by the doctor on call stating that I was sitting in that bed for a majority of the 36 hours minus going to the bathroom but apparently I was able to sneak out of the room drive 25 minutes across town in rush-hour traffic harass the petitioner then drive 25 minutes back across town and get back into the emergency room and into the bed in less than 17 minutes between my IV bag being refilled and the doctor checking in on me. She didn't look at one piece of paper that I brought as evidence she didn't look at a single thing that I brought. I had of the petitioner trying to bait me into coming over with an emergency protective order in place, messages showing times and dates wanting me to come over, saying it was a mistake.

It's Crazy that I was in the hospital with timestamped pictures, medical records, sworn affidavits from 2 doctors for the exact time that the petitioner says this happened. Ok I'll give the benefit of doubt let's say she was off by and hour or so, I was still there 6 hours before and almost 30 after.. Apperently in her court room you don't need evidence, you don't need a medical dr to validate you were in his care, you just have to walk in and tell them your wildest story and win every time..

COURT STARTED AT 9:00AM THE ORDER WAS STAMPED AT 1:00PM 4 HOURS I SAT THERE FOR HER TO NOT LISTEN TO A WORD I SAID!!!

In my opinion Judge Pace is a liability to the tax payers of Oklahoma. She is a terrible example of justice in the U.S.
She does not protect children or families and in fact destroys the lives of children in the state of Oklahoma.

This judge is maddeningly slow, lacks knowledge of the law, and apparently loves the sound of her own voice. She accomplishes nothing, and slows the permanency for children. She is a true disservice to the bench.

I had a lengthy matter in front of her. I believe she absolutely cares and wants to be even-handed, but is erratic and simply does not make sound decisions. She uses her heart instead of logic, reason or the law. While she is generally respectful of lawyers, she gets defensive of her authority. She has a very poor judicial temperament, and tends to side with those she knows the best.

Having been in front of this judge several times, I think I can leave an accurate review. She can be very sweet and welcoming and then flip without warming. She cares about the cases in front of her but her temperament is NOT stable. She will lose her tempter and talk down to people without reason and then go to acting like nothing happened. She seems to get upset if there are complex decisions to be madeand finds a way not to make them. Nice enough lady, but not a great judge.

THIS WOMAN IS THE REAL DEAL, SHE IS THE DEFINITION OF A JUDGE. I CAN SEE THE WEIGHT OF SOCIETY ON HER SHOULDERS AND SHE HANDLES IT LIKE A WARRIOR. SHE HAS THE ABILITY TO SEE THE TRUTH.

I HAVE BEEN THE VICTIM OF VICIOUS VINDICTIVE ATTORNEYS AND JUDGES AT THIS TROUBLED COURT HOUSE. ATTORNEYS MANIPULATE THE RECORDS AND CLERKS, OSCN WEBSITE CORRUPTION AND MUCH MORE. THIS COURT HOUSE WITH THE EXCEPTION OF PACE NEEDS FEDERAL OVERSIGHT. SOME SEVENTY COURT APEARRANCES, I CAN COMMENT LIKE NO OTHER.
