She is awfully condescending toward defense counsel and toward the defendants. Judge Osborne gave stricter conditions and release decisions than the prosecutor was asking for--sometimes even nudging him to go harsher to fit her standards. I am horrified to learn that she is in such a position of power.

She is a terrible judge I’ve seen her give lesser sentences to criminals and take children away from their mother for moving out of state and give them to an abuser she signed a restraining order for she needs to be removed she abuses her power

This Judge has a severe disability that interferes with her rendering an ethical unbiased decision. She tends to take the states side and also they falsify appellate court transcripts.

Wash! In giving judgement, disregards the principles of law. Judgement based on bias. Seems very irritated if you present questions and very impatient. Only hears what she wants to hear.

A terrible judge! I've seen her belittle defendants and their attorneys with personal attacks from the bench. No judicial temperament whatsoever. Picks which side she wants to win and then ensures that it happens. Totally biased towards the prosecution. Like Judge Haslinger in Bend, another prosecutor in a black robe.
