This judge is given civil cases with no understanding of civil law. She seeks the bad guy in divorces and ignores experts by stating “in my experience,” which is a subjective opinion, not a legal decision. She is inexperienced, and several attorneys have stated her inability to properlY adjudicate the law. She places restraining order no contacts on innocent people to include a mom of five for “having too many children and a lot going on,” as well as a grandmother from her own home during fathers parenting time because the mother had fears of the grandmothers “youthful” drug use. Two separate cases. She also states her opinion at opening and doesn’t change from that opinion regardless of evidence.
